Chrusciki(Crispy Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 jigger rum, whiskey or sweet wine
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat until lemon colored the egg yolks and salt.
    Add sour cream.
    Mix.
    Add sour cream and rum, whiskey or sweet wine.
    Add and mix in gently the flour.
    Knead until blistered, using a small amount of flour only when dough becomes sticky.
    Roll thin.
    Cut into strips about 4 x 2-inches.
    Slit in the middle and pull ends through to make \"bow-ties\".
    Fry in deep fat, 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
    Drain on brown paper.
    Roll in powdered sugar when cool.
