Easy Italian Wedding Soup(Stracchiatella) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. white wine
1 large can chicken broth
1 box chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 lb. ground beef, shaped into tiny balls
1/4 c. tiny macaroni pastina
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Saute onion in oil until transparent.
Use a 3-quart saucepan. Add wine and bring it to a boil.
Add broth, spinach and meatballs.
Bring to a boil again and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add macaroni and simmer 10 minutes more.
Season with salt and pepper.
