Cream Of Turkey Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. minced cooked turkey
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. boiling water
6 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. melted butter
3 1/2 c. milk
1 finely cut celery stalk
1 finely cut onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 beaten egg yolk
Preparation

In a bowl, dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
In a pot, combine butter and flour.
Blend in bouillon mixture, vegetables, turkey and seasonings.
Cook slowly for 15 minutes. Blend in milk and egg yolk; cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped chives.
Serve.
