Dad'S Apricot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. apricots
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    2 c. water
    pastry for 2 crusts
Preparation
    Cut up apricots.
    Put in saucepan, adding sugar, lemon juice and water.
    More sugar can be added to taste.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil until mixture thickens.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Cover with fluted crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crust is browned slightly.
    Cool before serving.
