Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb macaroni cooked and cooled
    4 carrots grated
    1 green pepper grated
    1 medium onion grated
    1/2 c sugar
    1 c vinegar
    1 can Eagle Brand Milk
    2 c mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar, vinegar, and Eagle Brand milk.
    Add mayonnaise and salt.
    Mix all together and store in refrigerator.
    The longer it is refrigerated, the better it is.
