Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. red kidney beans
oil
2 toes garlic
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 large onion
rice
Preparation

Wash beans.
Cover beans with water and bring to a boil.
In a frypan, use oil to cover the bottom of pan.
Heat it.
Saute onion and garlic.
Add parsley.
When it is sauteed and still hot, bring the beans to a boil and pour garlic/onion mixture into beans. Cook on low for 2 hours.
May also cook ham hock in beans.
Serve over rice.
