California Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped olives
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped jalapeno peppers
    3 c. cooked brown rice
Preparation
    Mix soup with rice.
    Spread 1/2 of the rice mixture on the bottom of a casserole dish.
    Evenly layer 1 can of jalapeno peppers, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 can of olives.
    Repeat process; rice, peppers, cheese and olives.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
