Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken breast (with skin)
    1 c. rice
    1 small pkg. Velveeta
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/3 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cook chicken until done.
    Take out of pan to cool, reserving broth.
    On low heat, add rice, bell pepper, onion, celery and butter to broth.
    Let cook until done.
    Remove from heat and add broccoli, diced chicken, salt, pepper, garlic salt, soup and milk. Stir gently and place in large casserole dish.
    Place sliced Velveeta on top and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
