Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked 9-inch pie shell
4 eggs
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation

Separate eggs and set aside egg whites.
Mix sugar, cocoa and cornstarch.
Add milk and butter; cook until thick.
Pour into pie shell and beat egg whites with a pinch of cream of tartar and 5 tablespoons of sugar.
Put on pie and let brown.
This makes one pie.
