Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1/3 c. diced onion
    1 can tomatoes, cut up
    2 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 large can tomato sauce
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Fry ground beef; drain. Place in deep pan. Add onions, Italian seasoning, Tabasco sauce, tomatoes, enchilada sauce and tomato sauce. Stir and simmer, stirring at intervals, for 4 to 6 hours. Cook lasagna noodles. Alternate layers of noodles, cheese and sauce in baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
