Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts (if large can use less; skinless)
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick oleo
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Boil chicken; remove skin and fat.
    Debone and chop chicken into cubes.
    Layer meat into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.
    Melt oleo and mix with poppy seed and cracker crumbs.
    Spread over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
