Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1 c. starter
    6 1/2 c. Pillsbury bread flour
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Put in large bowl.
    Set in oven with towel over it overnight.
    Punch down; knead and divide in 3 parts. Put in 3 oiled pans.
    Let rise 8 hours.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Brush with butter when hot.
    Cool and cut.
    Wrap good for freezer.
