John Wayne Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans mild green chili peppers, chopped
    2 large pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 large pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    4 eggs, separated
    1 small can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    tomatoes
Preparation
    Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.
    Put chilies on bottom of the pan.
    Beat 4 egg whites in a bowl.
    Set aside.
    In another bowl, beat 4 egg yolks, small can of evaporated milk, 2 tablespoons flour and salt and pepper.
    Mix the yolk mixture in with the beaten egg whites.
    Then mix in the 4 packages of cheeses.
    Slice tomatoes on top after pouring above mixture over chilies.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
