Passover Stuffing(For Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 matzos, soaked and drained
4 eggs, beaten
2 chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
chicken fat

Preparation

Saute onions in fat.
Mix all ingredients and stuff chicken. Bake as usual.
