Turtles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pecan halves
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. white corn syrup
12 bars Hershey's chocolate
Preparation

Arrange pecans in groups of 4 on cookie sheet.
Combine milk and syrup.
Cook over low heat, stirring to prevent scorching. Cook until caramel colored and thick (230\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes) or to soft ball stage.
Spoon caramel onto nuts while still hot. Top with 2 squares of chocolate bar on each Turtle and swirl when chocolate has melted.
