Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 cube butter, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    Boil the zucchini and onions together for 5 minutes.
    Mix stuffing and butter.
    Put half of the mixture in a large baking dish. Combine squash, soup, sour cream and carrots.
    Pour over stuffing. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
