Chocolate Bavarian Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch baked pastry shell or crumb crust
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 c. milk
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    Strawberry Whipped Cream
Preparation
    Prepare pie shell; cool.
    Sprinkle gelatin onto 1 cup of milk in a medium saucepan; allow to stand for 2 minutes.
    Combine sugar and cocoa; add to mixture in saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
    Remove from heat; add butter and stir until melted.
    Blend in 2/3 cup milk and vanilla. Cool; chill until mixture begins to set, stirring occasionally. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form; carefully fold into chocolate mixture, blending well.
    Pour into pie shell; chill until set.
    Prepare Strawberry Whipped Cream.
    Pipe in a decorative design and top with reserved frozen or fresh strawberries.
