Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bottle soy sauce
    2 plus lb. cut up chicken, chicken wings or boneless chicken breast
    1 bag barbecue potato chips, crushed
    1 bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in soy sauce 30 minutes.
    Dip chicken pieces in barbecue sauce, then roll in crushed barbecue potato chips. Place on microwave-safe meat rack; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on Medium-high (70%) for 7 minutes per pound.
