Cheesy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts, stewed, then broken into bite size pieces
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli in cheese sauce
1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice, cooked according to pkg. directions
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. light cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. butter to grease casserole

Preparation

About 30 minutes before serving, preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cook broccoli as package label directs for 10 minutes only.
Cook rice, adding bouillon cube to water.
When cooked, toss rice with parsley.
Spread rice over bottom of greased casserole. Arrange chicken on top of rice.
Mix light cream with broccoli, then pour over chicken.
Sprinkle cheese over all.
Bake 25 minutes or until cheese is brown.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
