Spicy Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    2 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    2 to 3 carrots, sliced thin
    2 to 3 celery sticks, sliced thin
    broccoli, if desired
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cover chicken breasts with water.
    Add 2 teaspoons salt and simmer until tender.
    Remove chicken from broth. Add vegetables and parsley flakes.
    Simmer until tender.
