Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Melt butter and cool. Beat egg yolks until thick. Add sugar and milk; beat well. Add flour mixture, beating well. Add melted butter.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake until golden brown.
