Tomato Stack-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large tomatoes
    salt
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. green onions and tops
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes into 3/4-inch thick slices and sprinkle with salt.
    Set aside 2 tablespoons of the cheese.
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Combine remaining cheese and onion with broccoli.
    Place tomato slices on baking sheet.
    Spoon the broccoli mixture on tomatoes and sprinkle with reserved cheese.
    Broil 7 to 8 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
    Serves 6.
