Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
1/2 c. chopped onions
1-2 lb. box Velveeta cheese
1 lb. mild sausage
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
cocktail rye bread
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown hot and mild sausage and onions in skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Cut cheese into small cubes and add to sausage mixture, stirring well.
Spread over bread and bake 10 minutes.
