Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. tomato puree
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 bay leaves
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Sprinkle ribs with Wrights barbecue smoke.
    Salt and pepper. Bake, covered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour for each pound of ribs. Add sauce.
    Simmer at 200\u00b0 to 250\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Sauce is for 4 1/2 pounds of ribs.
