Pecan Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1/2 c. water
    2/3 c. can milk
    1/4 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar, syrup and water in saucepan and cook until this forms a hard ball in cold water.
    Turn off burner and add milk. Stir briskly.
    Turn burner on and cook until this forms a soft ball in cold water.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter, vanilla and pecans. Stir until ready to spread in rolls and cut.
