Marny'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fresh cranberries, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced scallions
    1 c. toasted walnuts
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Granny Smith apples, chopped
    romaine lettuce
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/3 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Chop cranberries; mix with sugar 1 hour ahead.
    For dressing, combine lime juice, mustard and olive oil.
    Mix apples and onion into dressing.
    Marinate 1 to 4 hours.
    Add cranberries.
    Place on bed of lettuce.
    Top with walnuts.
    Serves 8.
