Buttery Giant Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs in small bowl with electric mixer until fluffy.
    Add milk and butter.
    Beat in flour, sugar and salt until smooth. Generously butter six 5 or 6-ounce custard cups or popover pan. If custard cups used, set in a jelly roll pan for easy handling. (Important:
    Heat cups at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes before pouring batter into cups.)
    Using a quart measuring cup, pour batter into cups. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Reduce to 375\u00b0 for another 25 minutes.
    To assure dry and puffed popovers, turn off oven and let stand in oven 5 to 10 minutes.
