Mexicali Main Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 strips bacon, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. TV scalloped potatoes
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 Tbsp. minced pimento
Preparation

Cook bacon, onion and pepper until tender and lightly browned.
Drain.
Prepare scalloped potatoes according to package. Add bacon mixture, corn and pimento.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serves 6.
