Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    sour cream
    croutons
Preparation
    Cook spinach; drain.
    Cook onion in butter; stir in flour and bouillon.
    Blend in milk gradually; stir until thick and boiling. Add spinach and salt and pepper to taste; top with sour cream and croutons if desired.
    Serve hot or cold.
