Flat Bread(Flat Brod) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. white flour
    3 c. graham flour
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. All-Bran
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix flours, oatmeal, All-Bran, baking powder, salt and sugar. Work in shortening by hand or pastry blender.
    Add soda to buttermilk and add to make a stiff dough.
    Divide dough into small pieces.
    Roll out on a floured board or pastry cloth and add more flour as needed to keep from getting sticky.
    Roll very thin, using a corrugated rolling pin.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
