Red Tomato Ketchup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. peeled and chopped tomatoes
    3 onions, chopped
    1 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes and onions in 2 separate pans.
    Cook juice out of tomatoes and dip out.
    Add cooked onions.
    Add vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Cool all together down low, then add cayenne pepper.
