Smoked Fish Spread #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. white fish or herring
    8 oz. French dressing
    2 oz. steak sauce
    3 oz. water to moisten
Preparation
    Skin the fish and remove it from the bones. Break the fish into small pieces and put it in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Serve on crackers or bread.
    Makes about 3 quarts.
