Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. molasses or syrup
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. peanuts
Preparation

Mix molasses, sugar and vinegar in frying pan. Place over low heat and stir until boils. Boil until it forms hard ball dropped in cold water. Remove from heat. Stir in salt, soda and peanuts. Pour on greased sheet. When cold, break up in pieces.
