Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Store in covered container up to 4 weeks.
