Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. celery salt
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    3 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, garlic salt, celery salt and salt and pepper together.
    Mix oil, pineapple juice, soy sauce and sugar together and pour over chicken.
    Cook for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Baste 3 times.
    Serve over rice.
