Creamy Oriental Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into strips
    2 medium carrots, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (19 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    3 green onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil.
    Stir-fry half of the chicken until brown. Remove.
    Repeat with remaining chicken.
    Remove.
    Heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Stir-fry carrots and garlic until tender.
    Do not remove.
    Add soup, onions, soy sauce and chicken. Over low heat, heat through and stir often. Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
