Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. cream of potato soup
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar
    parsley
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Place potatoes in greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Mix next 6 ingredients.
    Spoon creamed mixture over potatoes.
    Add cheese, parsley and cornflakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
