Sally Lunn Loaf - cooking recipe

4 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, cut into pieces
3 eggs
Preparation

In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, undissolved yeast and salt.
Heat water, milk and butter until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0), stir into dry ingredients.
Stir in eggs and enough remaining flour to make stiff batter.
Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
Stir batter down and beat well for about 30 seconds. Spoon into greased 12-cup tube pan.
Cover, let rise in warm, draft-free place until double size, about 1 hour.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes in pan.
Turn out onto rack for complete cooling.
