Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. milk
1 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Beat all ingredients on medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a well-greased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inches. Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick stuck into center comes out clean. Crack is typical. Cool before slicing.
