Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut
    3 large eggs or 4 medium eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 stick melted oleo
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked deep dish 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake about 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
