Wise Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    2 medium onions, cut in 1/4-inch slices
    1 tsp. sage (or to taste)
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Season chops with salt and pepper; dredge in flour.
    Set aside.
    In large skillet, saute onions and sage in oil until onions are golden; remove.
    Set aside.
