Matalote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. whitefish fillets
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. whole thyme
    dash of mace and nutmeg
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 onions, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    pepper and salt to taste
    red wine to wet it completely
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cut fish into serving pieces and place in heavy pot with tight lid.
    Add onions, parsley, mushrooms, thyme, salt, pepper and spices and almost cover with red wine.
    (Can use white wine.)
