Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. ground chuck
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, mashed
    12 - 15 saltine crackers crushed
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
Preparation
    Use potato masher and mash tomatoes until very small pieces. Add to meat with egg, onion, salt, pepper, and crushed crackers. Place in baking dish and pour tomato sauce over it. Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour.
