Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat three egg yolks (save whites for meringue).
    Add sugar, flour and just enough milk to mix well.
    Add remaining milk, vanilla and 3/4 cup coconut.
    Pour into baked pie crust.
    Top with meringue of 3 egg whites; sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup coconut over meringue and bake at 400\u00b0 until coconut is slightly browned.
