Broccoli With Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    bread or cracker crumbs
    1 small jar cheese whip or 1 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice or 1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation
    In a large skillet saute the onion and celery in butter until vegetables are covered.
    Cook broccoli according to directions; drain well.
    Mix broccoli with soup and cheese.
    Add celery and onion.
    Stir in rice.
    Season and mix well.
    Put in a greased casserole dish and top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This can be mixed ahead and frozen.
    Serves 6.
