Tagliatelle(For An Army) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes rigatoni, cooked al dente
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 large cans chopped tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 small zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and then sliced
    1/2 c. red wine
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil
    1/2 c. black olives, sliced
Preparation
    This recipe feeds an army.
    I like to use a large turkey pan that has been greased.
