Skillet Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 pkg. frozen French-style beans
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
    Brown chicken.
    Remove from pan.
    Add onion and mushrooms.
    Saute until tender.
    Stir in flour.
    Add soup, milk and tarragon.
    Return chicken to pan.
    Cover and boil until chicken is done.
    Add beans.
    Cook until done. Serve over noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.
