Pork Chop-Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

6 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 (16 oz.) can whole potatoes, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas, thawed
1 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
Preparation

Brown chops in oil 3 to 5 minutes on each side; arrange chops in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
Combine soup and remaining ingredients; spoon over chops.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Yields 6 servings.
