Ruby'S What We Gonna Have For Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1/2 small pkg. ready-to-eat baby carrots, sliced
    1/2 bag frozen corn kernels
    1/2 bag frozen green beans
    3 to 4 stalks celery, sliced
    1 envelope Lipton mushroom onion soup mix
    4 to 6 oz. sour cream
    water
    1 box bow tie noodles, cooked per pkg. directions
Preparation
    Brown meat over high heat in a 10-inch skillet; drain.
    Add ingredients (except noodles).
    Stir to combine and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
    Stir as needed and lower heat if necessary.
    Mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and water as thickening agent.
    Add to mixture to thicken sauce.
    Serve over noodles.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
