Pumpkin Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

3 large eggs
2 cans (1 lb. size) pumpkin,
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 can (12 or 13 oz.) evaporated milk
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In medium bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
Pour into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish or 3 quart shallow oval casserole.
